DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND REFUND
This Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase of digital
services, subscriptions, and in-app features offered through the FeelyTalk mobile
application (the “Platform”). By placing an order or completing a payment on the Platform,
the user (“User”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this
Policy.
Once a service, subscription, or in-app feature has been successfully purchased, activated,
and executed on the FeelyTalk App, no refund shall be processed.
No refund shall be granted where incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information has
been provided by the User. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that all information
submitted during a transaction is accurate and complete before proceeding with payment.
Where applicable, the User may request a correction by contacting FeelyTalk customer
support, subject to verification.
Refunds on a pro-rata basis may be considered only in cases of delay in the activation of
subscription-based services, subject to verification and approval by FeelyTalk.
In the event of a payment failure, interruption, or technical issue during a transaction, the
User is advised to first verify their internet connectivity and check their bank account or
chosen payment method to confirm whether the transaction amount has been debited. The
User must ensure that a failed transaction is not retried without verifying the payment
status.
If the User’s bank account has not been debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to
complete the payment. If the User’s bank account reflects a debit, the User must not
attempt to make another payment and should immediately contact FeelyTalk customer
support through the official support email, providing relevant transaction details for
verification.
In cases where multiple payments are made for the same transaction, FeelyTalk shall verify
the transaction from its end. Where such multiple payments are confirmed to be due to an
issue attributable to FeelyTalk or its payment gateway, only the excess amount
corresponding to a single transaction shall be refunded. Any such approved refund shall be
processed within 48 hours from the completion of verification.
FeelyTalk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order due to
technical errors, system limitations, service unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or other
operational issues. Where an order is cancelled by FeelyTalk after payment has been
received, the amount paid shall be refunded in accordance with this Policy.
